Log into your kapok account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticators are included and intact.

Ship to kapok

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
